James Steel Productions is a London-based producing and general management company, founded on the belief that bold, ambitious theatre becomes possible when creative vision and operational rigour work as one.
We work across the full spectrum of British theatre: West End premieres, Edinburgh Fringe world firsts, Off West End at Southwark Playhouse and The Other Palace, through to international co-productions spanning the United States, Korea, and beyond.
The company was built to close the gap that too often exists between what a show could be and what it manages to become. That gap is usually structural. Budgets unplanned, contracts unclear, relationships unmanaged. JSP exists to close it.
